UAE reports 2,526 Covid-19 cases, 17 deaths

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Monday reported 2,526 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 1,107 recoveries and 17 deaths.

The new cases were detected through 175,033 additional tests.

Over 30.8 million tests have been



conducted across the UAE to date as part of the country's massive screening programmes to combat the spread of Covid-19.

The total number of cases in UAE as on March 1 are 394,050 while total recoveries stand at 382,332. The death toll rises to 1,238.
