UAE witnesses 236 new Covid-19 cases with one death

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Wednesday reported 236 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 390 recoveries.

This brings the total number of cases to 57,734 and the total recoveries to



50,354.

One death was also announced in the country as a result of the illness, bringing the total number of deaths to 342.

UAE recoveries have now crossed 50,000, with a recovery rate of 87.22 per cent compared with the global average of 60.4 per cent.
