UAE witnesses 254 new Covid-19 cases

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Thursday reported 254 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 494 recoveries. No new deaths were reported.

As many as 54,000 new

Covid-19 tests have been carried out, the health ministry added.

UAE recoveries have now crossed 50,000, with a recovery rate of 87.22 per cent compared with the global average of 60.4 per cent.
