UP reports new 19 COVID-19 cases, state tally climbs to 452

Uttar Pradesh saw a climb in fresh coronavirus cases on Saturday, as 19 more people tested positive for Covid-19 in various districts which includes eight Tablighi Jamaat attendees.

A total of 452 Covid-19 cases have been reported in UP so far, out of



which 254 are linked to the Nizamuddin Markaz event held in Delhi in March, according to the information provided by the state government.

Five deaths have been reported in the state till date- 1 each in Meerut, Basti, Varanasi, Agra and Bulandshahar.
