Young couple tested positive for COVID-19 in Jaipur

In Rajasthan, a young couple has tested positive for COVID 19 in Jaipur. They had returned to Delhi from Spain on March 17th and reached Jaipur on March 18th. This couple has been kept in isolation at SMS Hospital in Jaipur. Rajasthan government has taken several precautionary steps in the view of the COVID 19.

All other governments, semi-government departments, and autonomous institutions to be closed except the departments related to some essential services till the end of this month. The examinations of the universities, colleges,



schools, and Boards have been postponed till further orders. All Restaurants, spas, clubs, bars are ordered to close.

Factories have been asked to provide work from home facilities and paid leave to workers. MGNREGA workers will not be allowed to come at the workplace and they will also be paid as per rules on seeking employment. Action will be taken against those who will not comply with the instructions for isolation. All big temples of the state have also been closed for devotees.
