Actress Mahi Gill, Hobby Dhaliwal joins BJP

Bollywood actress Mahi Gill and Punjabi actor Hobby Dhaliwal yesterday joined the Bhartiya Janata Party ( BJP) ahead of Punjab polls. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Union Minister, and Party's Punjab election in charge Gajendra Shekhawat welcomed Mahi Gill and Hobby Dhaliwal in the party. BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam was also present. On joining the BJP, Mahie Gill said, she wanted to serve the



people of Punjab and wants to do something for girls by raising their issues.

Hobby Dhaliwal, said, he was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for Punjab.

The Punjab Assembly Election will be held in a single phase on February 20 for 117 constituencies. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
