Capt Amarinder Singh's aunt and former MP Amarjit Kaur joins BJP

Punjab Lok Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh’s aunt  and former Member of Parliament  Amarjit Kaur joined BJP at Patiala yesterday Punjab BJP incharge Dushyant Gautam inducted her in the party.

 

Amarjit Kaur is a wife of Kanwar Devinder Singh, uncle of Captain Amarinder



Singh.  Punjab Lok Congress is in alliance with BJP in Punjab.

       

Amarjit Kaur, who was in congress but later, joined Shiromani Akali Dal in 2006, . She remained a two time member of parliament (Rajya Sabha) from 1976 to 1988
