Expelled BJP leader Harak Singh Rawat joins Congress

In Uttarakhand, expelled BJP leader and former state cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat yesterday joined the Congress party ahead of the assembly

polls. He was dismissed from the state cabinet and expelled from the primary membership of the BJP for six years.
