Political parties intensify their poll campaign in UP

First two phases of polling in Uttar Pradesh is over now and all political parties have shifted their focus to the other phases of elections in state. Political parties have intensified their poll campaign to garner the support of the public. Many leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi will campaign in Uttar Pradesh today.

Senior BJP leader and Union Home minister Amit Shah campaigned for party candidates in Mainpuri and Kanpur city yesterday. Addressing the gathering at Mainpuri Amit shah said that first two phases of elections has already sealed the victory of BJP in state. He also held door to door campaign in Kanpur.

Modi will campaign in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh today. Senior BJP leader and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will campaign for party candidates in Kanpur and Lucknow districts.

On the occasion of Ravidas jayanti senior leaders of all political parties are coming to Varanasi to attend the function and also for campaigning. BJP leader and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath BJP, MP and former 

Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will campaign in Varanasi. Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh and Samajwadi party chief Akhilesh Yadav are also scheduled to campaign in Varanasi today.
