Akhilesh, Rahul claims alliance will wipe of BJP from UP

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi   addressed joint election meeting in Meerut on Tuesday and claimed the wave in favour of Samajwadi party-Congress is sweeping the state and coalition is all set to form the next government by winning over 300 seats in Uttar Pradesh assembly. Both the leaders targeted the BJP and the prime minister Narendra Modi claiming that the wave in favour of the coalition will wipe out the Bahujan Samaj party and the BJP.

Rahul Gandhi   speaking after Akhilesh Yadav said `` as soon as the Congress and the Samajwadi party joined hands a wave has erupted in UP and now sweeping the entire state which will blow away the BJP and the BSP’’.

Akhilesh Yadav also targeted the prime minister  for his SCAM jibe  saying``I wonder as to why the prime minister included the name of Mayawati in SCAM, as the BJP had allied thrice with the BSP and mayawati was the chief minister for three times’’.  In his first election rally in Meerut on February 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had attacked the three major opponents claiming they personified loot and corruption.  He had said BJP‘s fight is against SCAM which stands for Samajwadi, Congress, Akhilesh, Mayawati.

that the storm of the BJP in UP has forced the Samajwadi party to seek alliance with the Congress.  ``Jo log aandhi kee baast kar rahe hain , kam se kam jaante honge aandhi kiski chal rahi hai , Yah congress- samajwadi party gathbandhan ki sarkaar ki aandhi chal rahi hai’’. (Those talking of the storm sweeping the state    must be aware as to in whose favour the storm is sweeping the state, the storm is for forming the government of the SP-Congress coalition in the state). He added `` we are the Samajwadi and we know how to peddle the cycle against the current’’.

Akhilesh Yadav said the enthusiasm among the cadre of both the parties and the youth of Meerut is clear indication that the all the candidates of the SP-Congress coalition in Meerut will win the elections.    He said the  storm blowing in Meerut region which goes to the first phase of polling  on February 11, will end in eastern most end of UP, which goes to poll in last phase of polling on March 8.

Rahul Gandhi attacking the prime minister said `` Modiji comes and spreads hatred in UP. We should send a clear message from here that he cannot spread hatred in UP as the people here are united’’.  Congress vice president  said `` Meerut is the land of revolutionaries which fought the company raj of the east India company, this time you have to wipe out the Narendra Modi , who is in the process of establishing a new `company raj’ in India.
