World Number One Andy Murray has entered the semi-finals of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships. The British saved seven match-points in a 31-minute tiebreak before finally subduing Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber 6-7, 7-6, 6-1. The ATP said it was the longest breaker on the men's tour since the 2007 Australian
Open.
Murray will either face Frenchman Lucas Pouille or Russian Evgeny Donskoy in the semi final. Swiss great Roger Federer was surprisingly beaten in the second round by Russia's Evgeny Donskoy in three sets 3-6, 7-6, 7-6. The other semi-final will feature Fernando Verdasco and Robin Haase.
