Azlan Shah Cup : Malaysia beat India by 1-0

India lost 0-1 to Malaysia on Friday May 5, and therefore, Australia will clash against Great Britain in the final of the hockey tournament on Saturday.

It was predicted to be a goal fest from the India hockey team -- the second most successful team behind Australia, in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup's history.



However, what turned out from the final league match of the hockey tournament's 2017 edition on Friday May 5, remained utterly disappointing for the Indian hockey fans.

India were beaten 1-0 by the hosts Malaysia, who despite the win, finish at the bottom of the six-team table at the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup 2017 tournament.
