In the French Open Tennis, Carlos Alcaraz Garfia of Spain defeated Jannik Sinner of Italy at Roland Garros Men’s singles semi-final match yesterday.
Twenty-one year old Carlos Alcaraz reached his first French Open final by beating Jannik Sinner, making him the youngest Spaniard to reach a Grand Slam title match on three surfaces.
Alcaraz won the U.S. Open in 2022 on hard courts, Wimbledon in 2023 on grass and now will play for the championship on the
red clay at Roland Garros.
In the second semi-final, fourth-seeded, Alexander Zverev of Germany reached into the finals by beating seventh-seeded, Casper Ruud of Norway.
In the final, Alcaraz will face Alexander Zverev tomorrow.
On the other hand, the Women’s singles final wil be held today between top-seeded Iga Świątek of Poland and Italy’s Jasmine Paolini.
