In another group B match at the same venue, Bangladesh defeated Thailand by 7 wickets. Bangladesh comfortably achieved the target of 97 runs in 17.3 overs losing three wickets. Electing to bat first, Thailand Women had scored 96 for nine in their 20 overs.
