Australia beat India by 8 wickets in the first Test match at Adelaide

Adelaide: Australian batsman Joe Burns smashes a maximum to complete his half-century and hand a comprehensive 8-wicket win to Australia. The hosts take 1-0 lead in the 4-match Test series.

Mathew Wade was run out on 33 while Labuschagne out on 6 runs. Joe



Burns made 51 not out and Steven Smith on one run remain not out. 

From the Indian side, R Ashwin claimed one wicket. 

The 2nd Test match to be held in Melbourne from 26th December.
