The Indian cricket board (BCCI) on Friday, August 25 announced IDFC First Bank Limited as their title sponsor for all international, domestic and junior cricket matches played at home. The association between the richest cricket board and IDFC First will get underway from the 3-match ODi series against Australia from September 17 which will be the last leg of preparation for the men's cricket ahead of ODI World Cup 2023 at home.
IDFC First will replace Mastercard, which took over the title rights from Paytm in September 2022. The contract of IDFC First as India's title sponsor will run for a period of 3 years, according to reports.
Pursuant to the tender process, the BCCI is pleased to announce that IDFC First Bank Limited was the successful bidder with respect to the ITT process (subject to definitive documentation and other formalities being completed), the BCCI said in a press release.
During this association, IDFC First will be the Title Sponsor for all international matches (both women and men), domestic cricket matches like Irani Trophy, Duleep Trophy, and Ranji Trophy organized by the BCCI as also all junior cricket (Under 19 and Under 23) matches, held in India.

BCCI secretary Jay Shah said it's a new chapter Indian cricket.
