India thrashed Bangladesh by 240 runs in their second and final warm-up game of the ICC Champions Trophy at London last night.
Put in to bat, India posted a mammoth 324 for 7, riding on Dinesh Karthik's 94, and an end-of-innings cameo from Hardik Pandya who scored a 54-ball 80 not out.
In reply, Bangladesh were bundled out for just 84 in 23.5 overs. Pacers Umesh Yadav and
Bhuvneswar Kumar bagged 3 wickets each.India had won its first practice game against New Zealand by 45 runs via the Duckworth-Lewis method.
The tournament begins tomorrow with a Group-A game between England and Bangladesh at the Kennington Oval in London.
India is in Pool-B and will play their opening game against Pakistan on Sunday at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
