India to take on England in 2nd T20I at Chennai today

India will take on England in the second T20 International at the M.A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Saturday. The match will begin at 7 PM. The Suryakumar Yadav led Indian side are leading the five-match series 1-nil.

   

In the series opener on Wednesday, the Men in Blue crushed the visitors by seven wickets at Kolkata. Put into bat, England were



bundled out for just 132 runs. Spin bowler Varun Chakravarthy bagged 3, while Arshdeep Singh, Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel bagged 2 wickets each. In reply, hosts managed to chase down the target of 133 runs in just 12.5 overs, with Abhishek Sharma’s 79 off just 34 deliveries. Varun Chakravarthy was declared Man of the Match for his economic bowling.
