Kolkata: In IPL cricket, Gujarat Titans stormed into the final, after beating Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets in Qualifier 1 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata last night. Put in to bat first, Rajasthan posted 188 runs for the loss of six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs with the help of Jos Buttler's 89 off 56 and Skipper Sanju Samson's 47 runs off 26.
In reply, Gujarat overhauled the target, losing three wickets in 19.3 overs riding
on David Miller's unbeaten 68 off 38 balls and skipper Hardik Pandya's not out 40 off 27 balls.
Rajasthan Royals will now face the winner of the Eliminator match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the hope to enter the final of the tournament.
Lucknow will take on Bangalore today at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata at 7:30 pm.
