IPL 2022: Punjab Kings beat Gujarat Titans by 8 wickets

Navi Mumbai: In IPL Cricket, Punjab Kings defeated Gujarat Titans by eight wickets at Dr. DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai last night. Chasing a target of 144 runs, set by Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings overhauled the target with four overs to spare with opener Shikhar Dhawan's unbeaten 62 runs and Liam Livingstone's unbeaten 30 runs. 

Punjab Kings made 145 runs for the loss of two wickets. Earlier, Gujarat Titans were restricted to 143 for eight by Punjab Kings after they



won the toss and opted to bat first. Sai Sudharsan was the top scorer for the Titans with an unbeaten 65. For Punjab Kings, pace spearhead Kagiso Rabada scalped four wickets while Arshdeep Singh, Rishi Dhawan, and Liam Livingstone took one wicket each. Kagiso Rabada was declared Player of the Match.
