Rajasthan Royals defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 72 runs at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Chasing the victory target of 204 runs, Sunrisers Hyderabad made 131 for 8 in stipulated 20 overs. Mayank Agarwal with 27 runs was the top scorer for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Rajasthan Royals legspinner Yuzvendra Chahal claimed four wickets and became the highest wicket-taker (166), among Indians in the history of  IPL.
