Delhi Capitals captain RishabhPant was seen showcasing his usual batting prowess during his side's nets session, having joined the camp after being declared fit for the IPL 2024 season by the BCCI on March 12. The explosive wicketkeeper-batter has rejoined his IPL side after having missed out on cricketing action due to injuries sustained from a horrific car accident back in December 2022.
Rishabh Pant's comeback has been celebrated by the entire cricket fraternity, more specifically by Indian cricket fans, as the young
wicketkeeper is ready to take the field in the upcoming season of IPL. The Delhi Capitals took to social media to share a picture of Rishab Pant practising with the bat in their recent net session, having joined the camp on March 13.
After receiving the green signal from BCCI, Pant was notably relieved and overjoyed with the opportunity of making his long-desired comeback to the cricket ground. Pant will yet again don the red and blue jersey of DC after spending 14 months of intensive rehab sessions at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru.
