IPL 2025: Shubman Gill shines as Gujarat Titans beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 39 runs

Shubman Gill made his ex-franchise pay as Gujarat Titans (GT) beat Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 39 runs in IPL 2025. GT captain Gill smashed 90 runs off just 55 balls to help GT post a handsome total of 198/3 in 20 overs. 

Apart from KKR captain Ajinkya Rahane, the



batting unit failed to fire for the reigning champions. 

Every single GT bowler took at least one wicket, as they extended their lead at the top of the IPL 2025 points table. KKR, on the other hand, are now four points adrift of the playoff spots, and sit in seventh.
