Krunal Pandya and wife Pankhuri welcome second child

India all-rounder Krunal Pandya and his wife Pankuri Sharma announced the birth of their second child, a baby boy named Vayu, on Friday, April 26. Krunal took to social media to share photos of the couple with their two kids. Notably, Krunal and Pankhuri welcomed their first child, Kavir in July 2022.

Krunal Pandya, in his post, mentioned Vayu was born on April 21, 2024. Dinesh Karthik and Shikhar Dhawan were amongst the first ones to congratulate the couple on their childbirth.

Incidentally, Krunal Pandya was back on the field for Lucknow, 2 days after the birth of his second child, as he was



part of the XI that defeated Chennai at the M Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on April 23. Krunal also played a home game for Lucknow on April 19, 2 days before the special event in his life.

Krunal Pandya tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Pankhuri Sharma, a model, in 2017. The all-rounder has often said that Pankhuri has been a pillar of support in his journey as a cricketer. Krunal and his younger brother Hardik share a thick bond with their families celebrating all major festivals and other special occasions together. Krunal has also been very fond of his nephew Agastya, often sharing photos of him on social media.
