Opting to bat, Mumbai Indians scored 162 for five in the allotted 20 overs. Quinton de Kock scored 67 not out. For Hyderabad K Khaleel Ahmed claimed 3 wickets.
Chasing the target, SRH end their innings at the same score. Manish Pandey made 71 and remain not out. Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya shared two wickets each.
In the Super Over Sunrisers Hyderabad managed
8 runs for the loss of two wickets. Needing nine to win, Hardik Pandya hammered Rashid Khan for a six over long off in the first ball and then Kieron Pollard took the side home with three balls to spare.
Staring at elimination, two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings Eleven Punjab will lock horns in a battle of survival today at Mohali.
Both KKR and Kings XI have 10 points from 12 matches but the Kolkata outfit is placed a rung above Punjab at sixth in the eight-team competition by virtue of a better net run-rate.
