The International Cricket Council released the nominees for the ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year award but no Indian has made it to the list. Australia's star all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner, Sri Lankan veteran Chamari Athapaththu, England's seasoned all-rounder Nat Sciver-Brunt and Australian opener Beth Mooney have been named for
the Rachael Heyhoe Flint award.
Four cricketers have been nominated for the prestigious award for producing top-notch performances in 2023. Meanwhile, the Indian women's team players didn't feature in any of the nominees released by the ICC as their men's counterparts dominate the nomination list for 2023.
