Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to Rishabh Pant’s mother after the Indian wicketkeeper batter suffered a horrific accident on Friday, December 30, at the Delhi-Dehradun highway.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also thanked the Prime Minister for contacting Pant’s family following the horrifying accident.

Earlier, after the news of Pant’s accident surfaced, PM Modi took to Twitter and wished for the youngster’s well-being. “Distressed by the accident of noted cricketer Rishabh Pant. I pray for his good health and well-being. @RishabhPant17.”
