RCB beat KKR by 10 runs in IPL match

Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 10 runs in a thrilling encounter at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata last night. Put into bat, Bangalore posted a challenging total of 213 for 4 against Kolkata in the stipulated 20 overs. 

Captain Virat Kohli's brilliant 58 balls 100 and Moeen Ali's quick 66 in 28 balls helped Bangalore to set the massive target for the hosts. Knight Riders fought till the last over of the game but Andre Russell's blistering 65 off 25 and Nitish



Rana's brilliant 85 off 46 were not enough to achieve the target. Kolkata was restricted at 203 for 5 in the stipulated 20 overs. 

The second win of Royal Challengers Bangalore kept its hope to remain alive in the tournament while KKR suffered their fifth loss in this season. 

In today's clashes, Rajasthan Royals will take on Mumbai Indians at 4 pm in Jaipur while Delhi Capitals face Kings XI Punjab at 8 pm in Delhi.
