Shah Rukh Khan and KKR team feature on Burj Khalifa to celebrate IPL 2024 win

The world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, turned into purple hues to celebrate KKR's triumph in IPL 2024. The iconic building was lit up saying "Congrats SRK" and featured a Shah Rukh Khan picture alongside the entire KKR squad. The pictures of KKR's team flashed onto the structure and read, "Congrats KKR." The official social media handle of the franchise shared a video of the iconic moment and captioned the post, "View from the top.



It's all PURPLE."

KKR were crowned as the champions of IPL 2024 as they thrashed SRH by 8 wickets in a one-sided final at the M Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on May 26, Sunday. This was the 3rd time when KKR won the silverware and Shah Rukh was elated as he joined the team on the ground to meet and greet them. He gave a forehead kiss to mentor Gautam Gambhir, who was also the captain of the team when KKR won IPL 2012 and IPL 2014.
