Colombo: A buoyant India will go for a clean sweep when it takes on Sri Lanka in the third and final One-Day International (ODI) match at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo today. India have won the first two matches to seal the series.
On the other hand, Sri Lanka will look to build on the positive takeaways from the last match that slipped from their grasp at the last moment. The defeat in the second ODI
against India was Sri Lanka's ninth loss in 10 completed matches in 2021 and the team is trying hard to overturn their fortune.
For India, it was the team's 10th straight win against Sri Lanka in ODI. With that, India's victory tally has risen to 93 over Sri Lanka, which is the highest by any team against any opposition in the ODI matches.
