Under-19 Asia Cup: India wins against UAE by 10 wickets

In the Under-19 Asia Cup yesterday, India qualified for the semi-finals winning the last Group A ODI match against the hosts United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 10 wickets at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. UAE set a target of 138 runs after winning the toss and elected to bat. They were all out in 44 overs. chasing the target, India scored 143 runs without loss in just 16.1 overs.    India will lock horns with Sri



Lanka in the Semifinal on Friday at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

In another semifinal to be played on Friday, Pakistan and Bangladesh will be in action at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Today, Pakistan won by 180 runs against Japan. Chasing the target of 244 runs, Japan were all out scoring just 63 runs in the 29th over.
