French Open Super Series Badminton to begin today

India will begin their campaign today in French Open Super Series Premier Badminton tournament in Paris. Indian shuttlers will play nine matches in the first round.

In women's Singles draw Rio Olympics and World Championship silver medalist PV Sindhu will begin her campaign against Beatriz Corrales of spain, while Saina Nehwal will face Danish Line Højmark Kjærsfeldt. 

In Men's Singles, Kidambi Srikanth will start as hot favourite after he won two titles at Denmark, Indonesia and Australia. Srikant will take on Fabian Roth of



Germany. 

In other single matches, HS Prannoy will meet Lee Hyun Il of South Korea, Sai Praneeth will face Thai Khosit Phetpradab, and Parupalli Kashyap will take on Anthony Sinisuka Ginting of Indonesia. 

In the Men's doubles the duo of Manu Attri and Reddy B. Summet will clash with the Russian pair of Vladimir Ivanov and Ivan Sozonov and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will meet French duo Bastian Kersandy and Julien Maio.

In the Women's doubles, Ashwani Ponnappa and Reddi N Sikki will face English duo of Jenny Moore and Victoria William.
