India’s Meiraba Luwang Maisnam Advances To Men’s Singles Quarter Finals Of Thailand Open Badminton

In Badminton, India’s Meiraba Luwang Maisnam has advanced to the Men’s singles Quarter Finals of the prestigious Thailand Open Badminton in Bangkok, Thailand yesterday. The 21 year old Indian shuttler stunned Mads Christophersen of Denmark in straight games, 21-14, 22-20, to march into his first quarter-final in the Super 500 tournament.

singles, India’s Ashmita Chaliha is scheduled to face the top seeded Han Yue of China in the second round this afternoon. 

The top Indian men’s doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty advanced to the quarterfinals of the Thailand Open badminton tournament in Bangkok yesterday.
