Delhi Daredevils (DD) skipper Zaheer Khan has won the toss and opted to bowl in their IPL 2017 match against Steve Smith-led Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in New Delhi.
With seven wins out of their last eight games, RPS have emerged as the other consistent side alongside table toppers Mumbai Indians. One more win and Rising Pune Supergiant will be through to the play-offs.
RPS would also look to avenge their massive 97-run loss they suffered at the hands of DD earlier this season. Adam Zampa is likely to get a game as Imran Tahir - RPS' leading wicket-taker - has left for
national duty.
Overall, RPS lead 2-1 (vs DD), with both their wins coming last season. The stakes are bigger for Rising Pune Supergiant tonight.
