IPL 2017:KXIP vs GL : Hashim Amla's 2nd century of the season powers KXIP to 189/3 against GL

Mohali, May 7: Gujarat Lions skipper Suresh Raina won the toss and elected to chase against Kings XI Punjab in the league encounter of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 here on Sunday (May 7).

Having already being ousted from play-offs race, Gujarat Lions are playing to improve their figures in the tournament.

On a roll with back-to-back wins, a resurgent Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) would love to go all guns blazing against Gujarat.

After registering a comprehensive ten-wicket win on their hometurf here a week back against Delhi Daredevils (DD), KXIP pulled off another win against bottom-placed Royal Challengers Bangalore



(RCB).

Gujarat have replaced Brendon McCullum with Dhawal Kulkarni, while Gurkeerat Singh came in for Manan Vohra in the Punjab team.
