In Khelo India Para Games, Monu Ghangas from Haryana won gold in the men’s discus throw (F11) category with a massive effort of 34.23 metres. Neelam Sanjay Reddy from Andhra Pradesh won silver with a 26.46 metres effort. Neelam and Sonu Singh from Delhi, who won bronze. Sonu threw a best of 24.61 metres for bronze.
 
Inmen’s (T13) category 100-metre dash where Pankaj Bhue from Odisha clocked 12.41 seconds to win gold. Avnil Kumar from Himachal Pradesh was second in 12.62 while Mangat Hembram, also from Odisha, took bronze. Mangat had a time of 12.63, close behind Avnil.
 
Chirag from Delhi won the 100 metres gold in the T35 and 36 category by registering a time of 13.49 seconds. For the second place and silver, Anubhav Chaudhary from Uttar Pradesh made an effort of 14.39 seconds, full of spirit. Narayan Thakur, also from Delhi, won bronze, in 14.72 seconds.

gold in the 100m dash in the T38 category. His effort came in 13.07 seconds. Sunil Kumar Sahu from Rajasthan was not too far behind as he grabbed silver in 13.32 seconds. Vicky from Haryana, won bronze, clocking 13.46 seconds.
 
Nishad Kumar from Himachal Pradesh won the high jump gold. Competing in the T47 category, he leapt 1.95 metres. Rampal from Haryana took silver with a jump of 1.85 metres while Chandresh Bagada from Gujarat won bronze. Chandresh did his best to produce an effort of 1.80 metres.
 
In the T63 section 100 metres run, Sukhnandan Nishad from Chattisgarh won gold in 13.44 seconds. Vivek Sharma from Punjab and Ababil Ali from Assam won silver and bronze respectively.
 
In the women’s singles (SH6 category), Nithya Sre thumped Ruhi Shingade 21-4, 21-7. Later, Rachana Patel showed skill in beating Lata Umrekar 21-9, 21-10.
