Indian contention,
led by Rio Olympics silver medallist PV Sindhu, will begin today in the Hong
Kong Open Super Series Badminton tournament.After clinching her maiden Super
Series Premier title at the China Open on Sunday, Sindhu will be eying to come
up with another good performance to qualify for next month's Dubai World Super
Series Finals.
In the women's
singles main draw, Sindhu will open her campaign against Indonesia's Susanto
Yosephin, while Saina Nehwal, who recently recovered from a knee injury, will
face Thailand's Porntip
