India's PV Sindhu and Kidambi Srikant have stormed into the semifinals of the Malaysia Open Badminton.
In Kuala Lumpur yesterday, in women's singles quarterfinal, third seed Sindhu beat Olympic champion Carolina Marin of Spain 22-20, 21-19. In the semifinal, Sindhu
will face top seed Chinese Taipei’s Tai Tzu Ying on Saturday.
In men's singles quarterfinal, Srikanth defeated Brice Leverdez of France 21-18, 21-14. In the semifinal, Srikanth will take on Kento Momota of Japan.
