PV Sindhu to play pre-quarterfinal of Singapore open today

In Badminton, Rio Olympics Silver medalist PV Sindhu and 5 other Indian shuttlers will play their pre-quarterfinal matches of Singapore Open Superseries tournament today.Sindhu, who is seeded 5th in the competition, will take on Fitriani of Indonesia.

Indonesia's Ihsan Mustofa, while Sai Praneeth will meet Bin Qiao of China.

Ashwini Ponnappa will be seen in action in the pre-quarterfinals of Women's Doubles as well as Mixed Doubles. In Women's Doubles, she is pairing with Sikki Reddy, while in Mixed Doubles, she is teaming up with Sumeeth Reddy.
