Shreyas Iyer's 96 runs helps Delhi Daredevils win by two wickets

Shreyas Iyer scripted a sensational two-wicket win for Delhi Daredevils with a classy 96 off 57 balls against Gujarat Lions in Kanpur last night. 

Chasing a target of 196, Daredevils looked down and out at 121 for six, needing another 75 off 36 balls. At that stage, Man of the Match Iyer came up with a dazzling display of stroke-play to stage a dramatic turnaround for the Delhi team. 

Earlier, put in to bat, Gujarat made 195



for five in the stipulated overs. Aaron Finch was the top scorer with 69, while Dinesh Karthik contributed 40 runs. 

The match was a dead rubber as both teams were already out of contention for the Play Off round.So far, only Mumbai Indians have qualified for the Play Off stage. 

Today, Mumbai Indians will take on Kings Eleven Punjab at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The match will begin at 8 PM.
