Sriram Balaji-Vishnu Vardhan to take on Marcus Daniell-Wesley Koolhof in the Wimbledon Tennis

Indian pair Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan will take on Marcus Daniell of New Zealand and Wesley Koolhof of Netherlands in the first round of Men's doubles in London today. In another first round match, Divij Sharan and his partner Artem Sitak from New Zealand will also face Maldova's Radu Albot and Tunisian Malek Jaziri today.

Earlier, India's Purav Raja and Fabrice Martin lost to Mirza Basic and Dusan Lajovic 2-6, 4-6, 7-6, 6-4, 9-11 and made an early exit from the Wimbledon



championships.

In Men's singles, Eight-time champion Roger Federer reached to the third round defeating Lukas Lacko 6-4, 6-4, 6-1 yesterday.

In Women's singles, Seven-times champion Serena Williams also reached the third round after beating beat Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova 6-1, 6-4.

Five-time champion Venus Williams also reached third round beating Romanian Alexandra Dulgheru 4-6,  6-0,  6-1 yesterday.
