Tokyo: In the Women’s 10m air rifle qualification event, India failed to qualify for the final round at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Jeanette Hegg Duestad of Norway shot the highest 632.9 and set the new Olympic Qualification at the Asaka Shooting Range. 

With cut off at 628.5, the



current World No.1 Elavenil Valarivan was placed at the 16th spot. She could manage 626.5.  It was her first Olympics. Former World No.1 Apurvi  Chandela finished at 36th place in her qualification round. She could manage only a 621.9 today.
