19-year-old Emirati man dies in horrific car-truck collision in Sharjah

A young Emirati man has died in a horrific car-truck collision in Sharjah on Saturday.

The accident took place in Sharjah's Dhaid city on Mahafez street, Emarat Al Youm reported.

The 19-year-old died on the spot while his friend, who was in the passenger seat had



received serious injuries.

Police patrols and an ambulance was immediately dispatched to the site of the accident after receiving the report in the operation room of the central area police.

The friend has been transferred to a hospital for treatment.
