Central Government’s Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (Urban) begins across Telangana State

In Telangana, the Central Government’s Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (Urban) began today across the State. In Hyderabad, Governor Dr. Tamilasai Soundarajan yesterday flagged off the Yatra at Municipal Grounds at Lalapet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to beneficiaries directly through video conference on the occasion. He expressed happiness that development fruits are reaching the beneficiaries.

Later, speaking on the occasion, Governor Soundrarajan said Prime Minister Narendra

Modi Government is implementing several welfare schemes for all sections of the society, PM Ujwal Yojana gas scheme for women, Ayushman Bharat for poor and Mudra Yojana for women without any collateral security, among others.

She said, the Sankalp Yatra was started to ensure that benefits of welfare schemes reach the last beneficiary. Governor also released IEC material and a calendar informing about various Central Government schemes
