Mission Bhagiratha will ensure supply drinking water to every household by 2018

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao on Wednesday addressed the queries of the members during the Question Hour in Telangana Assembly.

He stated that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is keen to ensure safe drinking water supply to all habitations in the state and end the fluorosis woes in Nalgonda district with the implementation of



Mission Bhagiratha.

Mentioning that 82 percent of the transmission pipelines were laid along with most of the critical structures were nearing completion under Mission Bhagiratha, KTR stated that bulk supply of drinking water will be available in most places by this year end while the entire state including every household will be covered by 2018.
