Irrigation minister T. Harish Rao said that it would not be possible to implement 100 per cent cashless transactions. It could be implemented to a great extent by creating awareness among people.
He said formation of cashless society would take a lot of time. The minister claimed that nearly 70 per cent of transactions in Siddipet had gone digital. He said the
state government had resolved to make Siddipet a model constituency for cashless transactions.
