18-year-old ends life after father’s scolding over late outing in Hyderabad

An intermediate student died by suicide at his house on Sunday after his father scolded him.

The boy Ashok, (18) who was pursuing his intermediate course from a private college went along with his friends to immerse a Ganesh idol at a local lake on Sunday. He returned home



late in the night.

The boy didn’t inform his parents about it and the father of Ashok allegedly scolded him for not informing the family before going out.

Ashok reportedly slipped into depression over the issue and hanged himself to death in his room.
