21 TGSP personnel arrested for trying to stage dharna at Indira Park

The Domalguda police registered two cases against 21 personnel of TGSP who allegedly tried to stage a dharna without obtaining permission at Indira Park.

The police invoked Sections of Police (Incitement to Disaffection) Act 1922, Police Forces (Restrictions of Rights) Act 1966 and BNS Act against them.

The personnel of the Telangana Special Police had



gathered at Indira Park and were subsequently taken into custody by the Domalguda police. They were later arrested in the two cases.

The TGSP also issued show cause notices to them. The TGSP personnel are holding agitation demanding implementation of ‘Ek Police Policy’ and bring uniformity in functioning of Police Department.
