3.50 crore people participated in caste census, says Uttam Kumar Reddy

The Planning Department's Principal Secretary, Sandeep Sultania, submitted a report to the Cabinet Sub-Committee regarding the caste



census issue in the state. 

Following the conclusion of the Cabinet Sub-Committee meeting on the matter, Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy spoke to the media, sharing details about the caste census. He mentioned that a social and caste census survey was undertaken in line with the aspirations of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
