The Rachakonda Police have booked about 359 cases including 40 violations and 319 e-petty cases during the lockdown period until now. In all these cases, 491 persons have been found violating the lockdown regulations, police said. Also, 279 two-wheelers, 11 three-wheelers and 28 four-wheelers have been seized.
Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat requested the persons under
home quarantine to stay indoors for stipulated period and that their neighbours can keep a watch on them and inform the COVID control room or Dial 100 facility in case of any deviation.
The police urged citizens to break the chain of coronavirus by staying at home to stay safe and bound by stipulations during the lockdown period.
